I was disappointed to get an email for essential work after my health check that totalled £1700. I didn't authorise the work and was then given a hugely reduced quote for the work when I collected my car, more like £600.

I was given a two hour slot, returned on time asked if my car was ready and ushered to the waiting area. No one updated me on its progress, after an hour I queried when my car would be ready. I was told the delay was due to my car being waxed.

The car was delivered in perfect condition. The only oberservation I had there was no flowers and a bottle of wine during the unveiling. Other manufacturers add this touch and think it enhances the overall experience.
