Jason looked after me from start to finish and kept in touch with me through the day and the car was ready before the due time. Couldn't fault them.
The MOT service manager Darren was very good, professional, personable and efficient.
Service staff, (Darren) nothing is a problem
Waited an hour in the dealership for the car despite being told it would be ready for a certain time. Never offered any refreshments or kept informed on progress. Car appeared to have been vacuumed and washed. Wheels were very dirty. Poor job.
First class service as always from start to finish.
After an initial hiccup the service was brilliant. The "New car manager" got involved and he was great and the subsequent service personnel were first class.
New premises very modern and service reception very efficient but impersonal. Highlighted problem not dealt with and no feedback given that it had not been done had to arrange a further appointment to rectify after returing home?.

Good service. I would given full marks, but James who served me said they'd provide spare paint for some nasty chips on my car. I didn't get the paint and when calling back and leaving a message no one has been in touch.
Service was good, however little dissappoimted to be told my tyres urgently needed replacing went to my tyre garage to be told fine for a few months more! Also car was seviced just before 200 mile journey, windscreen wash ran out half way i!!

All work was completed on time, and my car wasnt damaged while in the garage this time, it just took weeks of ringing up to arrange the date for the work to be completed which is abit if a let down.
The service given is precise, nice surroundings, detailed and the car is given back washed and clean. You also get a detailed email and invoice of all works completed. You are advised of any additional works/costs before the engineers change anything
Friendly and efficient service
Service and staff were great. I was a little surprised at the service cost if I'm honest
I had no problems with the car afterwards.
Car was inspected by service manager when I left it, slight anomaly noted in way of the bonnet badge, this was supposed to have been rectified just after I bought the car and obviously as it was picked up during the service it had not been done well.

on taking delivery of the car found some damage, the repair was carried but badly and so a second attempt was made, but was so carelessly carried out that further damage was caused. this now all been resolved.

I came in to service dept at 8am without an appointment with a problem that had arisen over the weekend. I was going on holiday to France that day. The car was looked at immediately, the problem identified and resolved and I was on my way by 10.30.
They polished out my 3 minor scratches on my new car in 10 mins at no charge because I've bought 3 cars from them recently.

SO MANY THINGS GOOD: PERSONALITIES, NEW RECEPTION AREA, OVERALL HELPFULNESS.IRRITATIONS: ALTERING DRIVERS SEAT TO AN UNBELIEVABLE POSITION AND THEN NOT PUTTING IT BACK, SO SPEND THE NEXT WEEK BEING BOTHERED BY IT.
Initial problem not totally fixed. Without transport for over 4 days as no courtesy cars available. Telephone calls never returned. Repairs have cost me approximately £3kin the last 12 months, so am not happy.

Excellent service and care by everyone i come into contact with especially Darren in the service department. Darren has also looked after me for many years and keeps me posted on anything i need to know.
The work was done in the time allocated and the car cleaned.
arrived at at 1.50pm for a 2.00pm booking was greeted at front desk and told to take a seat and someone from service would see me asap, eventually someone from service came over asking who i was and if i had checked in at the front desk at 2.25pm!
Had a longish wait when collecting the car.No evidence that the rattles (steering Column cowl and drivers door) had been looked at and they were still present when the car was collected, again.
The team went out of their way to help.
Happy the suspension was eventually done free of charge. Took a few days to agree. Service advisor was friendly and helped get the work done.
Service was OK, communication pretty awful. I've already fed back to Stratstone.
Really happy with overall service, especially James on service and David Holmes in sales. Both were very professional. Only issue was the problems with car were not rectified. There was no follow up call to check everything was ok.
My satisfaction is presently reducing as the issue I previously raised has not be addressed. I haven't even received a courtesy response.I still have not received my VHC.

As a whole, The bmw centre silverlink is a very nice dealership, and the staff where very inviting i spoke to a few different staff and they where all helpful. I thought the hand over would have been a bit longer and more informative.
Sarah and the sales team were great throughout, even when I wasn't sure what I wanted. Would definitely recommend the dealership
