Did not receive car back at right time
From my first telephone call to your reception to the handling of my car repair; to the lift into town by your driver. My whole experience with BMW Tyneside was excellent. It was efficient, friendly, competent, stress-free. What more can I say?

No complaints apart from the the price they charghe for a litre of fuel, well inflated price £1.50 a litre against a garage price £1.21

I was told it should take an hour for the warranty healthcheck to be completed but I was there for almost 2 hours.

The car had it's mot & was back to me on time (I am self employed & struggle to get my car in without disruption to my schedule).There was advisories, but by the time I saw the notification it was too late so I have to book my car back in.

The work was carried out promptly, the car was washed, and the waiting area was comfortable, with newspapers, coffee and biscuits provided.
The service was great, but there were elements of time wasting during the collection process. I arrived at the stated time, but it took another hour for the vehicle to be handed over.
At last service, i explained that my rear passenger external door handle light was not working, they didnt repair it due to no spares, i told them again at this visit but its still not been rectified, the service manager wrote on the paperwork
Quoted one price of £295 by the call centre for a major service only to find it should actually be £610!!
The problem was diagnosed and resolved quickly along with a short video of the inspection that took place.
Polite helpful staff. Job done to the expected standard and to time.

My car wasn't in for a service , I was having a body kit fitted and my reason for for not giving a 5 was , the car was valeted but my windows were dirtier when I got my car back than before it went in
I had to go through the Tyne tunel to leave my car for its MOT, this costs £1.70 and I had £1.90 in the cup holder for my return. When I eventually got my car back there was £1.40, this meant I also had to stop at McDs, buy a coffee to get change.

had to return visit as at end of warranty check booking i had spoken to you about door seal replacement but when check was done 2.45 hours had to re book for door seal replacement

I had a French registered BM and had it serviced before sending it back to Germany to be sold. Service was fast and cheaper than I expected. The new car experience was excellent . Sale and after sales was 5 star
