I was kept up to date with the progress of the service. I received a video health check whilst the work was in progress. The car was washed, vaccumed and running perfectly when I collected it.

As above, could have done better. What's the point of doing a 50 point check if you don't act or give over the info? For some people it's a terrible inconvenience letting your car go to a garage so getting all the items done in one hit might be eff'

The service executive (who made wrong call initially) gave no apology. These things happen, but if charging a premium ££ price for a basic oil and filter service, get it right. I left, unhappy and having rearranged work, at about 1615.

Requested the car not be washed because it has had a very expensive detail. However they did wash it.

Things that should have been checked before solid took 2 days car went in to check petrol button. 11 more days to replace take pipes, windscreen wipers, squeaking back window, front number plate wrong position, engine faul, and lastly dash cam.

I would normally give 5 star but there were a couple of item, which were not to the normal standard but were quickly rectified, which put me in a much better frame of mind and gave me the feeling of work, well done. Tyre pressure not done, boot left

The only reason 5 stars was not given was due to lack of mention of transportation. The service was so prompt and efficient the estimate of 4 hours was inappropriate and I could have waited nearby rather than having to arrange another driver

if I was rating the staff at the mini garage they were friendly they advise I wouldn't get a courtesy car or a lift but they did order a taxi to take me to work.

the car bought had obviously not bee checked or tested before it was given to me and had multiple problems up to 6 different random warning notifications and just recently I have learned that one of the "Diffs" is leaking - serious prob car cost £35K

a) we were given a ridiculous delivery expectation which, of course, did not happen b) we had to chase confirmation when we added features to the vehicle c) standard features not explained well enough
