My car wasn't in for a service , I was having a body kit fitted and my reason for for not giving a 5 was , the car was valeted but my windows were dirtier when I got my car back than before it went in

I had to go through the Tyne tunel to leave my car for its MOT, this costs £1.70 and I had £1.90 in the cup holder for my return. When I eventually got my car back there was £1.40, this meant I also had to stop at McD’s, buy a coffee to get change.

had to return visit as at end of warranty check booking i had spoken to you about door seal replacement but when check was done 2.45 hours had to re book for door seal replacement
