I turned up to the dealership without an appointment, needing help with ordering a locking wheel nut key. They managed to sort this out in the spot and I didn't even have to wait for any deliveries..

I phoned Stratstone to book in my car for a sunroof issue. The car was booked in the next day and given instructions on what to with COVID-19 procedures. I dropped off the car in the morning and the car returned on the same day with the fault fixed.
Staff were very attentive and resolved all issues together with a very pleasant attitude.Very helpful and would recommend the Stratstone BMW service centre.

Chelsea who took my keys was cheerful and gave me all the information about the service and when my car would be ready Stephen was great when I picked the car up went through everything and even offered to bring my car to the entrance.

Very professional service at Stratstone from Damian Maughan
Damian came in on his day off to give us the car and tell us all about it and pass on the keys, it was done in a professional way keeping his distance (Covid) and we were on our way after 15-20 minutes. We never went in the showroom

I ordered my new car in July 2020, since then I've received regular updates by Damian Maughan. I finally took delivery on 1 March but due to covid the handover had to be done outside. The car was absolutely beautiful and I'm thoroughly delighted!

Efficient speedy purchase despite Covid restrictions
During our current Covid conditions it is a lot harder to strike up any sort of relationship with the sales team although they try there best you loose a certain something from a new car purchase. The team couldn't have been more helpfull ??
