The car was delivered on date promised. The staff was nice and polite but the salesman Paul Hickson was completely not organised. I was asking him a few times before we collect time if he can add alloy and wheel protection but that wasn't ready

Car given back, said it had been cleaned but think it was done with a dirty cloth as car was appalling. Had to call into car wash on way home to clean it properly.

Chelsea is a cheerful person who answered my questions and queries helpfully. When my car was ready to pick up she took me through everything I needed to know about what jobs were done and even escorted me out to my car.

Only problem was when I received my car the vallet wasn't done properly it was still dirty inside and during the service I received the report I clicked on the authorise only for the work to be incomplete.

My car was very well looked after and I received a video of the overall condition of my component parts such as brakes and linkages on the underside of my car. I was also offered a voucher for the inconvenience of BMW keeping my car over night.

On this occasion. Awful. Car brought in for quality check then informed the car would need to be kept over the weekend to replace a part. For safety recall issue. Never informed in the beginning this would be the case. Courtesy car not offered.

You can never get through to the person you want to speak too, they are always 'Busy'. Had some really bas experiences with stratstone bot BMW and mini. Do not understand how they are still in business.

Loose screw or similar left inside dashboard rolled around very noisily on vehicle going round corners. Cured be driving harder into a corner which must have rolled the object into a position from which it was not free. Otherwise the work was good.

Not enough courtesy cars so long delay in booking and warranty repair. Courtesy car then missed off booking so moved to a Saturday. Repair not completed as no diagnostic staff. New date given, no courtesy car and wrong time on booking. Repair failed
